SOUTH BOSTON – Seven people were displaced Monday after a fire broke out at an apartment building in South Boston.
The fire started at an apartment on West 7th Street just before noon and spread to two neighboring buildings. When firefighters arrived on scene, they had to to battle heavy flames on the roof.
No one was injured in the fire.
