BOSTON (WHDH) - A band manager from Michigan was arrested after he allegedly raped a woman at the House of Blues concert hall in Boston.
The woman told police that 33-year-old Steven Welc took her into a small room during a concert and sexually assaulted her. The woman and her friend told staff at the House of Blues about the incident and Welc was arrested.
Welc was charged with indecent assault and rape.
