BRIDGEWATER, MASS. (WHDH) - Bridgewater Police are searching for a suspect after an encounter with a teen Monday.
Around 10:15 a.m., Bridgewater Police responded to a 911 call reporting a blue van with two Hispanic men in it pulled up to a 19-year-old woman walking on South Street at Winter Street.
The woman reported the van drove up to her with the front end of the car pointed towards her and stopped, perpendicular to the street blocking both lanes.
The woman then saw the passenger get out of the van.
She then ran away.
The van is described as a blue van with ladder racks. It did not have any writing on the side.
Anyone with information is urged to contact police.
