FALL RIVER, Mass. (AP) — A Fall River woman is heading to court for allegedly stealing $120,000 from a 92-year-old woman she was hired to care for.

The Bristol district attorney says 60-year-old Kathleen King, who was indicted by a grand jury last week on one count of larceny over $250 from a person 60 years of age or older, is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday.

Authorities say King was hired to assist the alleged victim with cooking, cleaning, shopping and other household tasks. In 2013, after gaining the woman’s trust, the suspect allegedly withdrew more than $120,000 from her bank accounts.

It was not clear if King had an attorney who could comment.
