A man has been arrested and charged with his sixth offense of operating under the influence of alcohol.
Thursday night police responded to a restaurant on Main Street in North Reading for a report of an intoxicated man leaving and getting into a car.
When officers arrived they found a car matching the description pulling out of the parking lot.
The officer stopped the car and the driver was determined to be under the influence.
Thomas Frawley, 65 of Naples, Florida, was arrested and charged with marked lanes violation and operating under the influence.
He was held on $2,000 bail.
