EASTON, MASS. (WHDH) - A Norwood man who was paralyzed while playing hockey in high school celebrated a major milestone by graduating college.
Matt Brown, who played hockey for Norwood High School, graduated from Stonehill College on Sunday.
Brown broke his neck during a hockey game in 2010, leaving him paralyzed from the chest down and confined to a wheelchair. In the years since, he and his friend have competed in the Boston and New York marathons.
