MAYNARD, MA (WHDH) — Police in Maynard are continuing to investigate a bomb threat that authorities believe is a hoax.
The investigation began after someone called police Monday night after they found a bag of shotgun shells near a house.
The bullet casings apparently had messages written on them that referenced terrorism and a bomb placed on a bus in town.
Police do not believe there is any threat to the public at this time.
