CHELSEA, MASS. (WHDH) - A 25-year-old Lynn man was placed under arrest and is expected to be charged in a hit-and-run that was caught on camera on Friday.
Investigators said they received a tip that Arnold Hernandez was driving a minivan, when it struck a 72-year-old woman.
The victim suffered a cut to her head but she’s expected to be OK.
She was in the crosswalk at Fourth Street and Broadway in Chelsea.
Police said they arrested Hernandez on an unrelated warrant, Saturday afternoon.
He is expected to face a judge on Monday for several charges including driving without a license and leaving the scene of an accident involving personal injury.
