BEDFORD, N.H. (AP) — Police say one of two joggers struck by a car in Bedford, New Hampshire, last week has died of his injuries.

Authorities say 58-year-old Thomas Ducharme died Saturday.

The other jogger, also 58, has been released from the hospital.

Investigators say the driver was a 16-year-boy whose car hit the men just after 7 a.m. on Nov. 8.

Police said Monday that alcohol does not appear to be a factor in the crash but are looking into whether frost on the windshield may have played a role.

The name of the driver isn’t being released because of his age.

The investigation is continuing.
