SALEM, N.H. (WHDH) - A Salem, New Hampshire, man is planning to appeal after being convicted of recording footage of women in the bathroom at a cafe in Arlington.
Joseph Hennessey, 55, was convicted Wednesday.
According to prosecutors, Hennessy hid a camera in a flower pot in the restroom two years ago.
A female employee later discovered it.
