EVERETT, MASS. (WHDH) - The man accused of a murder in Everett was called to court on Monday.

Keith Herring, 27, was arrested on Monday morning.

Herring has been charged with murder, armed robbery carjacking and illegally owning a gun.

Herring is accused of shooting and killing a 21-year-old Stoneham man on Ferry Street in Everett on Sunday.

It happened just after 2 p.m. after police said the suspect carjacked and robbed the victim.
