BOSTON (WHDH) - A Roslindale man has been accused of lewd conduct at Back Bay station.
On Sept. 15 around 2:30 p.m., officers approached a male victim who said another man exposed himself to the victim while they were in a bathroom at the station and began to commit a lewd act.
The victim provided a description and the officer entered the bathroom.
Officers identified the man as Neville Pinnock, 66.
He was placed into custody and charged with open and gross lewdness.
He will be arraigned Friday in Boston.
