ROSLINDALE, Mass. (WHDH) – Firefighters rushed to the scene to put out a fire at a Roslindale playground Monday evening.

The fire sparked at the playground at Charles Sumner Elementary School.

Investigators say the fire was intentionally set.

Police said no one was on the playground at the time and no one was hurt.

Officials believe it will cost more than $10,000 to repair the damages.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
