LAKEVILLE, MASS. (WHDH) - Massachusetts Environmental Police recently recovered two hatchling snapping turtles from a pool in Lakeville.
The turtles were rescued on Wednesday.
According to environmental police,the turtles are approximately two days old.
One is albino and the other is melanistic.
Due to their low chance of survival, they have been turned over to a specialist trained in the care and rehabilitation of reptiles.
