WAREHAM, Mass. (WHDH) – Four people were arrested after police say they broke into a home on Pires Street in Wareham, Sunday. The homeowner, who was not home at the time, alerted police after she saw what was happening on her home security app.
Police say they arrived at the house and heard crashing noises. Police say they saw three men jump out of a window and run from the home. Authorities say a woman who sat in a vehicle parked near the street also ran from the scene.
Officers were able to apprehend one man nearby on Oakdale Street. While the man was being placed into custody, another officer and his K-9 were able to track down two other suspects at Narrows Restaurant.
Police say the two men ran out the back of the restaurant and were quickly apprehended along the nearby shore.
The woman was apprehended on Indian Neck Rock. Police say she was walking without shoes and looked disheveled.
Officers discovered two firearms when they searched her vehicle on Pires Street.
The four people who were arrested have been identified as Alan Tieu, 23 of Fall River, Keylin Hall, 24 of Brockton, Toan Nguyen, 25 of Dorchester, and Yolanda Graustuck, 28 of Dorchester.
