Worcester police have arrested a suspect in connection with a stabbing during a road rage incident on Sunday.

Homell St. Charles, 44 of Worcester, was arrested on a warrant that was recently issued.

According to police, on Sunday just after 6 p.m., police responded to Lincoln Street for a report of a stabbing.

When officers arrived they found a 43-year-old man suffering from several stab wounds.

The victim was treated at a local hospital and was in stable condition with non-life threatening injuries.

According to witnesses, the victim was driving with two other people when St. Charles’ car allegedly cut off the victim’s car as they turned onto the same street.

Witnesses said the two men got out of their cars and began to fight.

During the fight, the suspect stabbed the victim several times.
