A Lowell man charged with repeatedly raping his children’s teenage baby sitter and forcing her to take the morning-after pill is scheduled to appear in court.

Timothy Casbohm is expected to be arraigned Tuesday in Superior Court on charges including five counts of aggravated statutory rape of a child.

The 40-year-old man was held on $25,000 bail at his district court arraignment in August.

Prosecutors say Casbohm, a former cook at a state youth services facility, sexually assaulted the girl from April 2013 to July 2013 starting when she was 15. The girl told police Casbohm had her take the morning-after pill to prevent pregnancy.
