The Massachusetts Supreme Court is being asked to decide whether a drunk driver has the right to contact a layer before taking a breathalyzer test.
The plaintiff was charged with an OUI in 2012 and said she should have been able to call a lawyer before taking the test.
The defense argued this will cause unnecessary delay.
