CLARENDON, Vt. (AP) — A man has been accused of driving 108 miles an hour in a 50-mph speed zone.

Eighteen-year-old Benjamin Rossman was issued a citation on Sunday. A state trooper was monitoring traffic on Route 103 in Clarendon, Vermont, when he saw a northbound car traveling at a high rate of speed.

Rossman, of Swampscott, Massachusetts, was issued a citation to appear in court on Nov. 30.
