A man accused of a hit and run will be in court Tuesday.
Police say Scott Tatro, 41, is a repeat offender.
Tatro was drunk when he slammed into another car Monday on Route 20 and drove off.
This is the sixth time he has been arrested for driving under the influence.
His license has been suspended for 15 years.
He’s being held on $5,000 bail.
