Middleboro police are searching for a man who allegedly exposed himself to children on a school bus.

On March 10 around 8:30 a.m., a bus was traveling on South Main Street, transporting students to school.

While waiting at the traffic light, an older white man in a light-colored SUV waved to the children on the bus.

According to police, it was reported that the man was exposing himself to children on the bus.

Police said this was later reported to the school officials by a parent and to the police for further investigation.

The vehicle is described as a light colored vehicle with star-like rims and something possibly on the roof in a triangle shape.

The suspect is described as an older man, partially balding on top with grey or white hair on the sides and back of his head. The man is also described as being heavyset, wearing a dark colored vest with possibly white sleeves. One sleeve had a emblem or patch, which resembled the Chevrolet insignia.

No license plate was acquired.

An investigation is ongoing.

Anyone with information is urged to contact police at 508-947-1212.
