STURBRIDGE, MASS. (WHDH) - A man who was angry that he could not order a certain sandwich was arrested after he allegedly smashed the door of a Burger King restaurant in Sturbridge.

Police responded to the Burger King on Main Street following reports of an irate customer. According to police, 36-year-old James Roso had gone to the restaurant and tried to order a specific item but the restaurant was unable to make the item due to equipment problems.

Roso eventually left the Burger King, but not before kicking the door open, shattering the glass.

Employees at the restaurant identified his vehicle to police. Roso was located at his home in Warren, where he was arrested.

Roso was transported back to Sturbridge and charged with malicious destruction of property, disorderly conduct, and disturbing the peace.
