The man accused of breaking into a home in Derry, New Hampshire will be in court Thursday morning.
A home surveillance camera caught images of John Gebo, 30, breaking into the house.
Gebo is reportedly homeless.
The family says they came home to find him inside their home.
He ran out a back door.
