RAYNHAM, Mass. (AP) — A Taunton man is facing charges for allegedly filming up the skirts of scores of unsuspecting women at a Raynham store.

Authorities say 51-year-old Troy Benoir was arrested July 5 and charged with photographing an unsuspecting nude person. Police were alerted by security guard at Walmart who allegedly witnessed a man putting a cellphone in a shopping basket and holding it under a female shopper's skirt. Police say he may have done it dozens of times.

The Taunton Daily Gazette reports that a not guilty plea was entered on Benoir' behalf at his arraignment. He was released on $2,500 bond and ordered to stay away from Walmart.

Benoir told police that he immediately deleted the videos after viewing them and police did not find any videos on his phone.
