DARIEN, Conn. (AP) — Police say they have identified a Connecticut man who fell 20 feet from scaffolding.
Twenty-six-year-old Nick Martinez was doing surface work at a facility in Darien on July 5 with he lost his footing.
Police responded to the building, built by Infinity Constructions Systems LLC and transported Martinez to Stamford Hospital, police tell The Stamford Advocate.
Martinez was pronounced dead. Darien police say no foul play is believed to have occurred. An investigation by the Occupation Safety and Health Administration is still under way.
