WAREHAM, Mass. (AP) – A Massachusetts man has been indicted on charges he gave alcohol to an underage boy before raping and assaulting him.

The Plymouth district attorney’s office says a grand jury on Friday returned the indictment against Thomas Dunlevy on charges including two counts each of rape and procuring alcohol to a minor, one count of attempted rape and related crimes.

Prosecutors allege the 51-year-old Dunlevy first assaulted the victim on July 6, 2014, at a campground in Wareham. They say he assaulted the boy again on July 14, 2014, at his Lakeville home.

The victim reported Dunlevy to police March 9.

The attempted rape charge stems from an alleged incident involving another victim in 2010 at Dunlevy’s home.

Dunlevy’s arraignment hasn’t been scheduled yet.

It’s unclear whether Dunlevy has a lawyer.
