OAK BLUFFS, MASS. (WHDH) - A man has been charged with breaking and entering into a home on Martha’s Vineyard.

According to detectives, Felix Reagan broke into a house in Oak Bluffs on Saturday afternoon.

Reagan allegedly stole prescription pills, a driver’s license and credit cards.

He then painted the homeowner’s dog with purple paint.

Police said Reagan also stole a car and crashed it.

Investigators arrested Reagan after searching the neighborhood.

Police said he has a history of crime—he was arrested for a breaking and entering incident in June.
