CONCORD, N.H. (AP) — A man has pleaded guilty in New Hampshire to filling more than 90 fake prescriptions at pharmacies and using numerous aliases to get them.
Federal court documents say 32-year-old Theodoros Bahtsevanos, of Haverhill, Massachusetts, passed false prescriptions for Adderall at pharmacies in Nashua and Derry last year. They contained falsified signatures, but actual DEA registration numbers for doctors. The prescriptions were issued to aliases Bahtsevanos was using.
Documents say when he was arrested, he was found with nine fake driver’s licenses purporting to be from a variety of states. Each had his photo and a different name. Bahtsevanos also had a ledger where he tracked DEA registration numbers, doctors’ names, and fake recipients used to fill prescriptions for Adderall throughout New Hampshire.
He’s scheduled to be sentenced Sept. 16.
