WARWICK, R.I. (AP) — A 74-year-old man pulled from a pool over the weekend has died, authorities in Rhode Island say.
Emergency personnel responded to a home in Warwick at about 2:30 p.m. Sunday after a family member found the victim at the bottom of the pool, Warwick police said.
Life-saving measures were performed at the scene before the man was taken to Kent Hospital where he was later pronounced dead. The man may have had some sort of medical emergency, authorities said.
The victim’s name has not been made public and the death remains under investigation.
