CONCORD, N.H. (AP) — A man with a criminal record has been sentenced in New Hampshire to over four years in federal prison for financing a gun purchase.

Prosecutors say 27-year-old Lucas MacLean, formerly of Unity, New Hampshire, pleaded guilty in July to possessing firearms.

The matter was investigated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, with assistance from the Newport Police Department.
