A 21-year-old man is facing serious drug and gun charges.

Cory Raikes, of Manchester, New Hampshire is facing charges of felonious use of a firearm, endangering the welfare of a child and possession of a controlled drug with intent to sell, police said.

Raikes was arraigned on Wednesday.

At around 5:15 p.m., officers responded to a report of a fight involving baseball bats on Third Street and a domestic disturbance inside a home.

Police say two juveniles "most likely" got into a verbal dispute with fourth floor residents. Police say the two minors were later released to their parents and not charged.

Police say they found Raikes in the fourth floor apartment armed with a handgun, bulletproof vest and 6.76 ounces of marijuana.

Police say Raikes’s 19-year-old girlfriend and one-and-a-half-year-old toddler inside the apartment.
