A 26-year-old Manchester man was arrested on Sunday after he allegedly punched a man at a bar.

David Mitchel is charged with second degree assault for allegedly punching a man outside of the Crazy Camel on Maple Street.

At around 12:40 a.m., officers responded to the Crazy Camel for a fight involving an unconscious man.

Police say the 26-year-old victim was knocked out by Mitchell as he was standing outside the establishment. Police say Mitchell hit the man with a closed first as they walked out of the bar.

The victim was taken to a hospital and treated for a concussion and a skull fracture.
