CENTERVILLE, Mass. (WHDH) — Firefighters said a man’s body was pulled from a pond in Centerville Monday evening.

Firefighters said they received a 911 call from a person at Joshua Pond, who said they were approached by two young children saying their father had gone into the pond and had not come out.

Dive teams went into the pond. Between 30 and 45 minutes later, firefighters said the man’s body was pulled out.

The name of the victim has not been released.
