A court decided Monday to defer its decision on Russian athlete, Maria Sharapova’s appeal of a two-year doping ban until September.
Sharapova wanted her ban reduced or thrown out.
The 29-year-old was banned from tennis last month after a positive test for a banned drug during the Australian open in January.
