A Marlborough man has been arrested for indecently exposing himself to employees at a gas station in Littleton.
David S. Melo, 36 of Marlborough, is charged with indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or over, indecent exposure, and disorderly conduct.
On March 18 around 8:20 a.m., a police officer responded to the Citgo gas station for a report that a man was exposing himself in the parking lot.
When the officer arrived, he spoke with the clerk, who stated that an employee at the doughnut shop inside the station was touched inappropriately by a male customer.
Police spoke with the alleged victim who said the man had grabbed her buttocks.
According to witnesses, the man then left the store and returned to the vicinity of his car, where he pulled down his pants and exposed his buttocks several times, including to an employee who was taking out the trash.
