BOSTON (WHDH) - Boston Mayor Marty Walsh is set to help launch an initiative today that is designed to make streets throughout the city safer.
Mayor Walsh and other officials will discuss the action plan, which aims to do numerous things, including reducing speeds and decreasing distracted and impaired driving.
The event will be held in Copley Square at 11:30 a.m.
