WELLS, Maine (AP) — Law enforcement officials say a Massachusetts driver died hours after being ejected from an SUV that hit a guardrail and flipped on Interstate 95 in Maine.

State police said the vehicle operated by 46-year-old Con Van Huynh of Worcester, Massachusetts, ended up on its roof Monday afternoon. He was found nearby.

Huynh died Monday night at Maine Medical Center in Portland. State Police say Huynh was in the process of moving to Biddeford.
