A massive fire broke out at a vacant building in North Chelmsford.
Crews arriving on scene found the 3-story building on Prince Street engulfed in flames.
The property is owned by UMass Lowell — but has apparently been vacant for years.
No injuries were reported.
The cause remains under investigation.
