MANCHESTER, N.H. (WHDH) - Boston Mayor Marty Walsh is campaigning for Hillary Clinton in Manchester, New Hampshire on Election Day.

Walsh stood outside the Webster School in Manchester on Tuesday morning, asking those heading to polls to consider voting for democrats Hillary Clinton for president and current New Hampshire Governor Maggie Hanson for Senate.

“I feel good so far, a lot of thumbs up as people go by,” Walsh said.

Later today, Walsh go door-to-door to canvass for the Democratic candidates in the battleground state.

“I think it’s going to be a close race, but I think at the end of the day Hillary is going to pull it out,” Walsh said, adding that her “ground game” is great in the Granite State.

Walsh plans to stop at the Hillary Clinton headquarters in Manchester later in the day Tuesday.
