BOSTON (WHDH) - Mayor Marty Walsh helped kick off the annual “Toys for Tots” drive Tuesday in Boston.

The drive, run by Marine Corps, collects toy donations for children in need. Walsh spoke about the huge impact the drive has made, collecting millions of toys for children since it began 63 years ago.

The Marines also honored Walsh for his work with Toys for Tots.
