Boston Mayor Marty Walsh hyped up his 2017 State of the City speech; so big, so important, it could only be compared to the Super Bowl.
Mayor Walsh released a YouTube video to the public on Tuesday and called said the speech was, “30 minutes of epic speechiness.”
All kidding aside, the mayor has an important task on hand. This will be Mayor Walsh’s third address.
He has to tout his accomplishments. Among the top—bringing General Electric’s headquarters to the city and adding hundreds of jobs to Boston.
He also must lay out plans for the future; improvements to education, infrastructure and housing.

The address will also feature people from the Boston area who have made a difference in people’s lives this year.
The speech is set to get underway around 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
