CAMBRIDGE, MASS. (WHDH) - The MBTA is investigating several incidents of buses running red lights in Boston.

Dash cam video shot by a motorist shows one MBTA bus run the red light. Then, as pedestrians start to cross the street, a second MBTA bus runs the light.

“I see this all the time here,” David Devanna said. “I do Segway tours all the time, and they have ‘Do not block the box’, they block the box all the time.”

The incidents happened on Monsignor O’Brien Highway right next to the Museum of Science. Devanna said drivers run the light all the time.

“I do a tour, and I have people I’m responsible for, and it gets hairy sometimes,” he said.

The MBTA was made aware of the video Wednesday and said they are taking it very seriously. On Thursday, the MBTA said supervisors interviewed both bus drivers.
