BOSTON (WHDH) - MBTA police arrested a man on Friday who they said exposed himself in a women’s bathroom.
According to the transit police, an officer received a report of a man using a women’s bathroom at Back Bay Station.
The officer found the victim, who said the man had exposed himself, then urinated in the sink before declaring, “this is a man’s bathroom now.”
The officer found the suspect exiting the bathroom and questioned the man before making an arrest.
The suspect was identified as Taha Hamid, 28 of Dorchester. He will be arraigned in Boston Municipal Court on charges of open and gross lewdness.
