The MBTA Fiscal Management Board voted 4-0 on Monday to end the late night service pilot program.
The program began on March 28, 2014.
The board determined ending the program would "allow greater opportunities for the evening maintenance of the Authorities vehicles and physical assets."
The board has decided to end the program no later than March 18.
