Weightlifter Jenny Arthur will be making her Olympic debut in Rio.
The Gainsville, Georgia-native will compete in the 75 kilogram weight category.
Arthur is a two-time US national champion, a junior world silver medalist and a two-time pan American championship silver medalist.
She holds the senior and junior US records fo the 75 kilogram division in the snatch, clean and jerk, and total.
She also holds the senior and junior records in the clean and jerk 69 kilogram division.
Arthur says she dreamed about going to the Olympics ever since she got involved on the sport.
