A Merrimack, New Hampshire, man has been charged with videotaping juveniles in various states of undress.

On Monday, Merrimack Police arrested Thomas Herrmann, 52, on a warrant charging him with six counts of privacy violation.

Police began investigating Herrmann for potentially videotaping children under the age of 18 without their parents’ consent.

The investigation showed Herrmann had secretly placed video equipment in places that allowed him to view juveniles in various stages of undress.

There were at least six recordings of the juveniles.

The investigation is ongoing.

Herrmann was arrested at his home and was transported to the Merrimack Police Department for processing.

He is being held on $25,000 cash bail and was scheduled to be arraigned on Tuesday.
