MERRIMACK, N.H. (WHDH) - Police in Merrimack, NH are charging a woman with criminal trespassing and other counts after she allegedly left a bag of dog feces outside the offices of her former employer.

Judith Davey, 64 of Hollis, NH, was arrested in June and charged with five counts of theft and one count of criminal trespassing after investigating a case from April.

Her former employer, the Merrimack Flower Store, had filed a complaint that Davey was stealing money from the cash register.

After investigating, it was determined Davey was responsible. As police concluded their investigation, Davey was informed she was not allowed on the store property.

In June of 2016, police say Davey left a bag on the property of the flower shop. It was believed to be a bag of clothes owned by the shop, but it was later determined that the bag contained dog feces.

Davey will be arraigned in court in August on her charges.
