METHUEN, Mass. (WHDH) — Jad Ali Mokdad was called to court Monday on gun charges and charged with possessing a large capacity feeding device and having an unsecured firearm.

Police confiscated an AK-47 with two 30-round clip magazines along with a rifle and a revolver.

Mokdad is licensed to carry the rifles but not high-capacity magazines. Methuen police say they were tipped off about suspicious behavior by his father.
