Police in New Hampshire arrested a 20-year-old man on Friday for allegedly robbing a bank in Nashua.

Waldy Pena, of Nashua, New Hampshire, is facing one count of robbery, according to Nashua Police. 

At around 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 2, police responded to Santander Bank on Main Street for a report of a robbery. 

Police say Waldy passed a note demanding cash. The teller gave the suspect money and the suspect fled the scene on foot, according to police. 

Police say they identified Waldy using by surveillance images and tips.

Police say they found Pena in Methuen, Massachusetts and arrested him. Pena was later returned to Nashua, according to police. 

Pena is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 13.
