BEACHWOOD, OH (WHDH) — Microsoft gave a very special gift to a 9-year-old boy from Ohio who passed on a $300 Christmas gift card for an Xbox from his grandmother.
Instead, Mikah Frye asked her to spend the money on blankets to keep the homeless warm.
Microsoft caught wind of his selfless gesture and surprised him with the gift he scarified, along with some games and accessories.
His grandmother said the family once faced homelessness, so he knows what it’s like.
